Welcome to Property Sales Templates. By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by Property Sales Templates are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

After your purchase has been completed successfully, you will receive access to a downloadable PDF containing a link to your Canva template and any applicable instructions.

2. Licence of Use

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased template.

Unless otherwise stated, you may:

  • Edit and customise the template for your own personal or business use.

  • Use the completed designs in your own marketing and promotional materials.

  • Create content for your own clients using the finished designs.

You may not:

  • Share, sell, distribute, sublicense or transfer the Canva template link.

  • Resell or redistribute the template in its original or modified form.

  • Claim ownership of the original template design.

  • Upload or offer the template for download on any website, marketplace or file-sharing platform.

  • Purchase a template on behalf of others or allow multiple users to access a single purchase.

Each purchase is intended for one customer only.

3. Intellectual Property

All templates, layouts, graphics, designs, written content and digital products remain the intellectual property of Property Sales Templates unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership or copyright to the purchaser.

4. Canva Requirements

Our templates are designed for use with Canva.

Some templates may require Canva Pro elements or features. Where applicable, this will be indicated in the product description.

Property Sales Templates is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Canva.

5. Download Links and Template Access

Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their purchased PDF and creating their own copy of the Canva template as soon as possible after purchase.

While every effort is made to keep template links active, download or template links may occasionally become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, including technical issues, platform changes, account changes or unforeseen business circumstances.

For this reason, customers are strongly encouraged to:

  • Download their PDF immediately after purchase.

  • Open the Canva template link promptly.

  • Save their own editable copy of the template to their Canva account for future use.

Once you have saved your own copy in Canva, it becomes independent of our original template link.

Property Sales Templates cannot guarantee permanent availability of the original shared Canva template link indefinitely.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access has been provided.

However, if you experience any genuine technical difficulties accessing your purchase, receive the wrong product, or believe your product is defective or materially different from its description, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide assistance, a replacement link or another suitable remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Property Sales Templates you agree to:

  • Provide a valid email address during checkout.

  • Keep your download files in a safe location.

  • Maintain your own Canva account where required.

  • Ensure compatibility with Canva before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Property Sales Templates shall not be liable for:

  • Changes made by Canva to its platform or features.

  • Third-party service interruptions.

  • Loss of internet connectivity.

  • Customer deletion of downloaded files or Canva copies.

  • Loss of access resulting from the customer failing to save their own copy of the purchased template.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Product Updates

From time to time we may improve or update templates. Unless specifically stated, purchases do not include future updates or newly released versions.

10. Support

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase or have questions about using your template, please contact us using the contact details provided on this website. We aim to respond as promptly as possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Where customers reside outside South Africa, any mandatory consumer rights applicable in their country of residence will continue to apply where required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Property Sales Templates reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The version published on this website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
